Boarding (prices as of May 2009):
Full $475 -
We feed quality hay 3x daily (4x when not in pasture) and grain 2x daily suited to your horse's needs. Water buckets and stalls cleaned daily. We don't have set hours, so you are able to come anytime you like and have full use of our facility. No charge for blanketing, putting on fly spray, and vet and farrier calls if you are unable to make it. We will give supplements if provided by owner.
Semi Rough $325 -
You supply bedding, hay, and grain. We will give your horse food provided by you, clean your stall, turn out your horse, and blanket and fly spray if needed.
Rough $275 -
We will feed your horse (provided by you) and turn your horse in/out; the rest is up to you to do.
Facilities include:
- group/private turnout pastures
- foaling stalls
- 110x55 indoor arena

Barn in Hanover offers a relaxed atmosphere, a large, well-maintained arena, an indoor wash stall, trails, and much more. We now have 10x12 and 12x12 in-and-out stalls available. We also one 12x12 stall available that does not have its own paddock, but all day turnout is still offered. All stalls have rubber mats down. Choice of private turnout or turnout with one other horse.
Full board includes two feedings daily, stall cleaning, watering, and turnout.
Semi rough board: the owner will purchase their own food and bedding, and I will provide daily care.
Rough board includes the use of the stall only. The owner is responsible for all care, food, and bedding.
Training & exercise is offered at an additional charge depending on the number of days desired.

Pine Feather Farm, LLC is a privately owned Friesian farm based in Acton, Massachusetts with an additional training facility in Pepperell, Massachusetts. We concentrate on breeding and training the best of Friesian horses officially approved by FHANA, the Friesian Horse Association of North America. FHANA is the only association recognized by the FPS, the Dutch Friesian Association. All of our horses are officially registered with FHANA and the FPS.
Pine Feather Farm Friesians are bred for movement, conformation, and temperament. We strive to select great bloodlines offering only the best Friesian horses.
Many of our horses compete on the National and World Championship levels. Check out our news & events page for complete details! In 2007, at the FHANA World Championships, we competed in three different divisions. The outcome was great with presentations of the World Saddleseat, Jr. Saddleseat, and Huntseat Champtionships. We look forward to another sucessful year.
