We are a friendly drama free small barn where your horse will be treated as if he were our own. Owner (B Pony Club graduate and daughter of 2 veterinarians with daughter in vet school) on premises and adult caregivers.

Excellent free choice hay, premium Pennfield feed, large grassy fields for 3-5 horses, and field with heated waterers and safe fencing. Large stalls, heated wash stall & tack room, and private lockers. Roundpen, both grass and sand training areas, dressage ring, and jumps.

Miles of spectacular hacking in the Cheshire Hunt Country and access to XC courses.

Your well-mannered, supervised dog is welcome.

We try to keep horses in their stalls during thunderstorms and have lightning rods on buildings and some tall trees.

Bill Koska has been involved with owners of all types of horses, some of which were National Champions in their discipline, trainers, stable owners, individuals, veterinarians, the USEF, and property owners with issues regarding horses. He has negotiated purchase and sale agreements, drafted lease and release agreements, and settled and litigated cases involving riders injured on horseback. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation regarding injury cases.

He has represented horse owners in defense of doping allegations brought by various organizations. He has represented veterinarians in malpractice claims involving horses and treatment of horses, as well as the death of horses and mares in foal who died and lost their foal. Some of these cases involved high profile individuals, and others were just horse people.

Because of Bill's competition background with horses and having his own horse business for many years, he is uniquely qualified to handle these kinds of issues.

Each lesson includes safety around horses, grooming, and ground work. Riders can choose Western or English styles and learn for fun, casual riding, or the show ring.
