Inside a gated, campus environment sits our ranch surrounded by organic farm fields with private beach access and miles of beautiful trails. Students range from beginners with special needs to advanced riders. We are an official United States Pony Club Riding Center. Summer, Winter, Spring and Fall Day Camps and Summer Residential Camps have been offered for over 11 years at the Ranch. We are a 501(c)3 Charity, a San Andreas Regional Center vendor, a vendor for Ocean Grove Charter School.

Northern Mines Pony Club is affiliated with The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., an educational organization for youth. The USPC provides a program which teaches riding, mounted sports, and the care of horses and ponies, thereby developing responsibility, sportsmanship, moral judgment, leadership, and self-confidence.
