Wild Horse Spirit is a hands-on, private, tax-exempt wild horse advocacy organization and sanctuary for rescued wild horses under federal 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. Since 1993. Among our mission statements: humane treatment, rescue, and rehabilitation of injured or jeopardized wild horses, rigid adoption guidelines to prevent adopted wild horses going to auction/slaughter, preservation/protection of wild horses on public and private ranges, etc.
