jrbautz@gmail.comOur facility offers over 25 acres of lush pastures with a heated barn, foaling stalls with mats, lights & automatic water, and a fire sprinkler system. There is a viewing room with a half bath room that overlooks the 90 x 240 indoor. The outdoor ring is 150 x 350 with a judge's stand and lights. We have 20 pastures and paddocks with wood and electric horse fencing - two with shelters and lighting. There is a hot/cold wash stall and ample parking for trailers. We provide daily turnout and stall cleaning plus easy access via the interstates - about 40 minutes to Chicago. We offer full service boarding options. This is a first class equestrian facility, so bring your horse!
A riding lesson plan is designed for each individual student to cover the topics that are of particular interest to you. The program can be designed to fit your goals and your schedule and proceed at your pace. I can provide lessons at your facility or mine alone or in a group.
I specialize in training, colt starting, foal imprinting, weanling and yearling training, trailer loading, ground work training, respect and handling training, and trail riding. I consult and sell quality proven horses and will also match quality dream horses to each unique rider. Local and long distance horse hauling is available. I am also a consultant for equestrian facility planning and design to create your own horse property or to simply make better use of the one you have now.

Michael Piccirillo has twenty years experience working in commercial and residential architecture. In his career, he has contributed to large commercial projects for private companies and government agencies, small commercial projects and retail spaces, religious buildings and hotels, and high end residential new homes and renovations.
In 2000, Michael Piccirillo began his own full service architectural firm with the focus on high quality design, making the most out of the budget and use of green materials whenever possible.
Since starting the company, he has completed designs for a Horse arena, Barns, several small commercial projects, retail spaces, and high quality custom homes. Michael Piccirillo Architect employs a staff of junior architects, draftsman, and interior designers.
Our area covers all of Westchester and Putnam Counties. We especially are focused in South Salem, Bedford, Waccabuc, Somers, Chappaqua, Armonk and Pleasantville.
