Basic Wrapping Clinics & Lessons

Welcome to my world! The challenge of keeping horses sound.

I am now focused on teaching horseman how to prevent lameness and maintain soundness for horses in all areas of performance through basic leg wrapping skills.

I have been licensed in 5 states as a professional race horse trainer since 1983 and kept from 10 to 20 horses in my stable.

I offer hands-on clinics or individual help based on over years 30 years of experience working with many trainers, learning something from each one, sometimes learning what not to do, and combining it to develop my style. I have researched new techniques my entire career, kept notebooks on those techniques, and implemented them to my stable of racehorses and now barrel horses.

My goal since I retired is to pass this information to you, the future of the horse industry. My clinics are to teach you the basics. The basics in leg care, wrapping, and simple ways of detecting early signs to prevent career ending injuries.

This information will save you hundreds of dollars in vet bills and help your horse perform 100% to his capability. "Experience trumps education every time!"
