Located just forty minutes east of downtown Houston, this equestrian center is just a short ride away from the center of Houston and many other southern Texas locations. It is conveniently located just off Interstate Route 10 (I-10). The Peacock Stables welcomes all breeds and disciplines. We offer English and Western Style riding with one large indoor arena and three outdoor round pens. There are over forty boarding stalls on site and an experienced staff, including some of the best offered west of the Mississippi.

We also offer lessons, boarding, riding trails, and daily turnout along with day camps.

Our trainer, Lilian King, has over ten years of experience and has traveled to many far off destinations to hone her craft, including Australia and many other overseas destinations.

Pekola Ranch offers private horse boarding. We are a well established, caring, experienced breeding and training facility. We offer a new covered arena; gale shield sides protect from the elements, but aid in great lighting and footing. Roundpen, pasture riding, and hot & cold wash rack. Located near many trails. Fenced with No Climb fencing; cross fenced & hot wired. Locked and gated. Boarders have a private entrance.

We offer a professional but family type atmosphere. We only board 2-3 outside horses, so you will always have plenty of time and room to work with your horse while here! Your horse will be treated like one of our own!

Ground work, beginning under saddle work, and halter fitting training available.

Offsite trainer available to provide lessons here as needed for 4-H and multiple under saddle disciplines.

Safe roomy stalls cleaned daily; extra large turnouts with large shelters.

Full Care Board: $365 per month (as of Dec 2010). I
