Wellgreen Farm offers a very clean and safe horse boarding facility with on-site management & quality care. We have over 30 yrs experience working with and around horses. We have a heated waiting room with viewing glass windows (water cooler and restroom), a 60 X 90 indoor riding arena, a 250 X 150 outdoor riding arena, a regulation size round pen, twenty-three 10 X 12 stalls, and 30 acres of pasture turnout (re-seeded in native grasses). Stalls cleaned daily and horses brought into their stalls twice daily for feedings. Only 5 miles from Moraine View State Park (with over 15 miles of riding trails). We also offer a horse motel service (overnight boarding) for frequent travelers who need to get off the road and rest themselves and their horse. We offer them our newly decorated, cozy apartment and a clean, freshly bedded stall for their horse before continuing on their journey. We also assist the scouts in obtaining their horsemanship badge requirements.

Full Care Horse Boarding

Why keep your equine buddy locked in a stall when they can be turned out daily to be a horse with other horse friends? We offer full care boarding with daily open pasture turnout that allows every horse to interact as a herd - like horses are supposed to. Whiterail has openings for full time boarders as well as overnight travelers. Located in Clatsop County near Astoria and Seaside only minutes from the beach and the beautiful trails of Fort Stevens State Park.

Whiterail is a family owned full care facility in Gearhart, Oregon. We offer a secure barn - owners live on premises and provide all care.

Relaxed atmosphere and quiet environment for you and your horses.

$325 a month includes:

- Grass hay twice a day (plus pasture grazing)
- Grain and beet pulp once a day (additional supplementation available as owner provides)
- 12x12 matted stalls with pelleted bedding and daily cleaning
- Cross ties with mats
- Large locking tack room
- Daily herd turn out in large pastures (shelter provided on rainy days)
- Separate pasture for geriatrics and/or mare & foal pairs
- Large 80' x 200' indoor arena with round pen
- Horse trailer parking (as room allows)
