We care for your horses according to their individual needs and personalities. Since we have 3 horse barns, 7 grass pastures, 2 large dry lots, and 1 small dry lot, we are able to accommodate a variety of horses, including stallions, geldings, mares, mares with babies, and retired and older horses, as well as those with physical limitations.

On 20 beautiful acres, we offer 11x12 stalls with outside windows, daily rotating turnouts (individual and group) on grass and dry lots, a large indoor lighted arena, a large outdoor arena, a heated indoor shower for horses, and a heated indoor bathroom with a shower for people!

We are a small boarding facility just a few minutes from the new Washington State Horse Park. We full-time board a few horses and have openings for overnighters and weekenders. Plenty of room for RVs with 20 amp hookups (no 30 amp service) and water. Ride from the property with access to the John Wayne Trail and several hundred acres of BPA land. Well kept outdoor arena, sand footing 120' x 60', 60' indoor round pen, pastures, shelters, dry lots available, and private 12' x 12' stalls with heated automatic waterers and runs available. Safe environment.

Fly fishing: we have 1,400 feet of riverfront on the Yakima River - some of the best fly fishing in the state.

If you are looking for a calm, quiet environment with room to ride, prepare for an event, and interact and work with your well mannered horse, this is the place for you. Just off I-90 - easy freeway access. Stay for a night or as long as you like. Nightly fees include use of arenas / trail access - private and John Wayne.

Nightly RV with one horse on one acre pasture with shelter - $45;
additional horses - housed together - $15;

3 minutes from Blair, NE. 15 minutes from I29 @ Missouri Valley exit. 20 minutes from I680 at Omaha. 2 miles from Hwy 30 and 1.2 mile from Hwy 91. Close to Blair which has many restaurants and motels. WalMart coming by January 2012. Walgreens, Washco Feed, and Bomgaars.

If you have a really large rig, you need to be able to maneuver it well to get through the gate. Smaller or medium size rigs are no problem. With really large rigs, it is ok to unload on the road and lead horses the short distance to the barn. This road is NOT heavily traveled.
