We feature two barns of 10 stalls, one barn being a center isle. 12 x 12 stalls, rubber mats, and ample turnout with new fencing and gates. Every stall has a ceiling fan. Regulation size dressage arena with redone footing, mirrors, and sound system. 200 x 200 grass jump field with a flat base. Both arenas are irrigated. Completely fenced property with gates and security system. Owner lives on property. Lots of trails. Access to laundry. USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist. Lessons. Training. Sale Horses. Young Horses.
