Come join us for Boots & Saddles, a 4-day 3-night (Mon-Thurs) horse camp for girls ages 10+. Campers spend mornings with the horses, learning to ride and care for them. The ranch is located right on the Cedar River with 200+ acres of beautiful trails. Each horse is chosen to match the rider's ability level, and all of our horses are well trained and well-cared for. Campers will spend several hours with the horses each day, usually coming back from the morning ride right before lunch. By the end of the week, all campers will have learned to walk, trot, and canter and will show off these skills in a horse show for family and friends on Thursday. Both new and returning campers will enjoy traditions like the cookout, hayrack ride, pizza night, and scary stories. Besides camp, the ranch is open for trail rides for individuals and groups during weekends from April-Oct. You can also rent the lodge on Friday or Saturday night and make your visit complete.
