We offer private trail rides, basic riding lessons, day camps, retreats, Bible studies, and much more. Our focus is on serving people. We believe that the best thing for the inside of a human is the outside of a horse, as Winston Churchill put it. Because we are still small, we can offer more customized care for our clients. Simplicity Farms is a private farm. All visits need to be scheduled ahead by appointment only.

Boarding:
Offering full board. Stalls are 10x12, well bedded, and cleaned daily. Horses are turned out daily, weather permitting, in small groups. Horses are fed twice daily, 14% pellets and grass/alfalfa hay. We will feed supplements or additional feeds without extra charge. Outdoor arena is 100x200 and indoor arena is 70x120. Barrels, poles, jump sets, and trail obstacles are available for boarders' use.

Training:
Specializing in training quiet, responsive, and easy to ride horses. We have many years experience breaking, training, and showing. Offering training in multiple disciplines, including western pleasure, hunter under saddle, contesting, trail, and all-around. Feel free to stop by and see the horses we have trained here.

Lessons:
Offering riding lessons in multiple disciplines. We have a great beginner program to get anyone started with riding. Bring your own horse or ride one of our great lesson horses.

Turner Hill Farm is located in Kent, OH. We offer a variety of horse services. We offer English/western riding lessons, summer riding day camp for children, and indoor/outdoor boarding. Full care stall board consists of daily turnout and stalls being cleaned; plus, your horse will be feed hay and grain twice daily. Outdoor pasture boarding consist of two run-in sheds, an automatic waterer, and round bales fed in the winter. We provide outstanding care and instruction to both your horse and our students. Our facility is located on 30+ rolling acres with lots of room to ride. We have multiple turnouts, an indoor riding arena, an outdoor riding arena, a wash rack, and an in-barn restroom. Looking to rent a pony for birthday parties or other occasions?

You've come to the right place!

We will bring our safe, gentle pony to your house within 20 miles of our farm (greater distances at an additional charge), or you can come to us. The pony works without a bridle or bit and responds to pressure on the reins alone. We show your youngster how to mount and dismount properly and to give the proper directions. By the end of the party, your youngsters will know how to make the pony go, stop, back up, turn a complete circle, and turn left and right. We typically figure on 12-15 children per hour per pony.
