STEP is a 501 (c) 3 not for profit registered charity for riders ages 2 through adult, offering hippotherapy, STEP-up, and therapeutic riding at its home stable the New Forest Equestrian Centre. The center also offers boarding/leasing, formal dressage instruction and pleasure riding (English and Western) to able bodied STEP families and friends. NFEC specializes in the care of the senior horse, the timid rider and beginner adults. STEP is always in need of all types of volunteers from horse wranglers to poop pickers and paper jockeys. All are welcome at STEP-up at the New Forest Equestrian Centre.
