"Rosie and Scamper" gives a realistic view of what it means to own horses - the fun as well as the work. Rosie cleans stalls, grooms, and bathes her horse, as well as enjoying trail rides, games on horseback, and the excitement of showing at the county fair.

Faith, family, and friends provide the framework for Rosie's world as she learns that God is with us in everything we experience, working all things for good in our lives.
