I have a private barn. I live on the property and have a wonderful 11-stall Morton Barn, tack room, hot and cold water in wash rack, 100 x 200 sand arena, great turnout with shelter, piped fencing, and, most importantly, great care. I ride hunter / jumper, dressage, and eventing, but it doesn't matter to me what discipline you ride. They are all wonderful animals to me!
