Quiet private facility in the country. 12 x 12 matted stalls with automatic waterers and hay racks, bedded with nice shavings (NO SAWDUST) and cleaned daily. Inside wash stall with H/C water. Large tack room with bathroom, complete with shower. Separate feed room.
Premium feed 2x's daily and good quality grass hay. We offer small group turnout (2 per paddock) and LOTS OF GRASS! 60ft. round pen. Riding arena with grass/natural footing. Lots of trails available.
We have a great vet and farrier that service our barn, or you can use your own.

Good opportunity for the right horse owner. Looking for laid back, no "drama" kind of boarders.

I shoe every horse for what that horse needs, whether it be a regular balanced shoeing job or working closely with a vet to come up with the best option for a prescription shoeing. In the end, I want the horse to be sound and happy and do its job as well as it possibly can while being comfortable.

BRHA operates the Anita-Alta BRHA Youth & Horse Camp, a 375 acre camping park adjacent to Boone's Fork Recreation Park. Horse trails are well marked, and trail maps are available. We offer hot showers, picnic pavilions, creek side camping, and lots of fantastic trails. We also have cabins and a tent camping area. A fishing pond is also located on the property; bring your fishing rod! We welcome 4 H groups as well as other horse clubs or individuals! Come and visit Caldwell County's hidden gem! Currently (July 2010), the parking fee is $3.00 per day.
