Located conveniently between the lakes, Phoenix Ranch is a 50-acre property with beautiful views and facilities to meet all your horse needs. We currently have 15 stalls available (as of Nov 2010) for full care, which includes: daily turnouts, feeding, stall cleaning, and routine care (blanketing, etc.). We will also be offering pasture board, which will include: ample pastures with run-in sheds, daily feeding, and certain routine care (blanketing, etc.). Formerly a full-time Peruvian horse breeding farm, Phoenix Ranch is now accepting horses of any age or breed. Full care board is $300/mo and pasture board is $200/mo (as of Nov 2010). Phoenix Ranch offers 30 acres of lush pastures with generous run-in sheds, a beautiful indoor arena with a heated viewing box, a hot walker, a wash stall, a heated tack room, and miles of gorgeous trails. We will also be offering western horse training.
