Therapeutic riding and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) in Huntington, NY. Riders of all ages and abilities find strength and independence through their partnership with the horse. Private, 30 min., therapeutic riding session benefits individuals with mental, physical, and emotional developmental delays, those on the autistic spectrum, and those with MS, paralysis, Downs Syndrome, and more.

Through participating in EFP, under the guidance of a licensed and specially trained social worker (LCSW) and PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, work on a variety of life challenges including Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, Loss, Depression, Regulating Emotions, Adolescent issues, Problem Solving, Social Skills, Relationships, Communication, Connection, Finding/Managing personal power, Women in Transition.
