Horse training facility: full time training, lessons, sales, equine summer camp, clinics, and shows. Western riding with a concentration in performance horses: reining, reined cow, rodeo events, cutting, 4H events, and extended trail riding. Russell Drawdy, full time trainer, has 30 year experience with a diversified background. Facility offers limited boarding and partial horse leases. The clinic series is excellent for the self trainer who enjoys working with their own horse. Lessons are goal orientated with a fun atmosphere; group or private lessons. Equine summer camp is structured for school age children that own their own horse. Camp week focus changes each week: Western Horsemanship Week, Trail Weeks, and Help Me! Prices as of Jan 2013:
- Lessons are $30.00 - 30 min riding and horse care.
- Summer camps - 5 days - $375 a week
- Birthday Parties - $350.00 up to 8 children (additional children for $30.00 a child) A ride, cake and icecream, games included in a clean fun filled facility
- Training including full care is $850.00 per mo.
- Boarding (full care) is $550.00 per mo.
- Outside full care is $350.00
- Layovers are $40.00 - includes bedding and water. Hay and grain are available.

Finley River Stables is a small 10 stall facility specializing in taking exceptional care of the horses that reside here and offering a natural and relaxing place for both horses and people to enjoy. Both you and your horse will feel like family.

Our Facility:
We've just completed construction on our brand new facility (as of May 2011). Our barn is new and clean. Our stalls are spacious and beautiful. They each have automatic waterers that are checked and cleaned daily. Each stall has dutch doors so horses can see outside and enjoy the fresh air on nice days and evenings even from the barn.

We have large exhaust fans mounted in each end of the barn that provide additional
ventilation, keeping things cool and comfortable. We have turn out paddocks on both sides of the barn, and our larger pastures provide plenty of room for horses to play and just be horses.

We have a 200' x 100' sand filled pipe arena suitable for most disciplines. We have a 60' round pen for starting or just working with your horse. We have over 140 beautiful acres for riding. Our facility is located along the Finley River, making it a perfect place for trail riding and offering the excellent opportunity to condition your horse to cross water and adapt to a variety of riding conditions.

Services Offered:
(Rates as of May 2011.)
- Stall Boarding - is $400.00 per month with twice daily hay and grain and daily stall cleaning. In addition, we keep all horses on a worming program that's included in the price.
- Pasture Boarding - is available at $200.00 per month and includes hay in the winter.
- Nightly Layovers - $38.00 per night. Trailer parking is also available.
- Horse Training - We have a gentle experienced trainer available that specializes in starting young horses the right way, working with green horses, tune ups, and problem correction.
